Solid Hinoki flooring engineered and tested for underfloor heating. Four-sided end-matched T&G profile. 15 mm and 12 mm. Three grades. Natural aroma preserved.

What Finished Means at This Level
Finished in this context means the work has been done in Japan, by the people and processes best equipped to do it. The distinction matters because Japanese timber finishing is not a surface treatment applied at the end. It is often inseparable from the material itself, embedded in centuries-old technique, mill-specific equipment, and craft knowledge that does not transfer to a secondary processor. Attempting to replicate that downstream adds cost, extends your project timeline, and reliably falls short on result.
For architects and specifiers, buying finished means the matching grain, char depth, profile tolerance, and surface quality are locked in before the container is loaded. For distributors, it means the product arrives ready to sell or install without further handling. What you receive is what installs; provenance, process, and finish integrity intact from origin to site.
